Overall purpose of the job
To handle all forms of enquiries, provide quotations and process orders for customers via telephone, email and deal with on a face-to-face basis.

Key tasks to be completed by the job holder
Grow and maintain customer relationships with new and existing customers, answering telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders etc.
Provide the best customer service in our industry, always going “the extra mile.”
At all times adopt an “upbeat,” positive attitude and to act in a courteous and professional manner when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other staff.

Description of the Person
Proven knowledge of renewable products & experience of sales within electrical wholesale industry is preferred but not essential.
Have a strong, positive and enthusiastic work ethic with excellent communication & problem solving skills.

Should always maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the job at hand.
