Warehouse Operative / Driver

We are seeking a Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team in Shrewsbury.

This role involves supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes accurately assembling customer orders from stock, conducting thorough checks against relevant paperwork, and ensuring all goods and documentation are handled in accordance with company procedures. The role also involves receiving deliveries, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and correctly recording and storing stock.

In addition, the Warehouse Operative plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment, complying with Health and Safety regulations at all times. Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a commitment to high standards of work are essential in this position.

Driving duties are as and when required, covering holiday, sickness and general cover.

About You

• Previous warehouse experience within electrical wholesale industry would be advantageous but full training will be given.
• Clean drivers’ license

About the Role

• Hours: Monday to Friday [07:30 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
