Sales Operative

We are seeking a Sales Operative to join our friendly team here at BEW Rugby.

You’ll need to get to know our customers and understand their needs to sell the right product, either face-to-face or on the telephone. Handling quotations and sales orders by email is also part of the role so your keen eye and attention to detail will be essential. Confident and reliable with a hands-on approach to work, you will be dealing with enquiries at the trade counter and picking and packing sales orders.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, upbeat attitude and demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

About the Role

• Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:30 (45 hours per week)

About You

• Knowledge of products and experience in sales within electrical wholesale industry is essential.
• Confident in using in store systems and working to processes.
• Can communicate well and take down information accurately.
