This annual week-long celebration shines a spotlight on the positive impact that apprenticeships and skills training have on individuals, companies, and the wider economy.

The theme for NAW 2026, “Skills for Life”, reflects how apprenticeships support lifelong learning, help build confidence, and open doors to exciting careers. BEW’s Apprenticeship schemes available

Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow our apprenticeship programme, welcoming six new apprentices to BEW. We’re also proud to celebrate three apprentices who successfully passed their final exams, marking an exciting milestone as they progressed from apprentice to fully qualified members of the BEW team.

At BEW, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of talent. Our apprenticeship programmes offer hands on experience across a range of disciplines including warehouse operations, trade counter roles, customer service and business administration.
