In this edition, we cover new developments, upcoming projects, training sessions, upcoming events and a few stories from across the company that show how our work continues to evolve. We’ve recently added new offerings designed to provide the full solution for our customers.
New Partners…
We’re proud to introduce two new partnerships that help us deliver an even more comprehensive, all-rounded heating solution.
First, E Tupling joins us as our specialist partner for underfloor heating
systems and design support. Their expertise and competitive pricing make them a natural fit alongside our heat pump technologies, combining comfort, performance, and sustainability in one package.
We’re also welcoming Ultraheat by Pitacs, a trusted name in high-quality wet radiator systems. Their products complement our existing range and enable us to offer customers complete flexibility with radiator-based systems, all designed to work seamlessly with our heat pumps.
Project Highlight: The Gotham Hotel, Bristol
This installation takes us to the heart of Bristol, where the Gotham Hotel has taken a major step toward decarbonising its operations. The hotel has replaced its traditional fossil-fuel boilers with two 20 kW M Generation Panasonic heat pumps, integrated with a smart BMS control system for maximum efficiency and performance.
This project wasn’t without its challenges, the units had to be delivered right into the city centre to meet a coordinated crane lift. Thanks to careful planning and teamwork, the installation went smoothly, marking another successful low-carbon upgrade in the hospitality sector.
Training Highlight: 2 Day Panasonic Commercial Training
A great 2 day course at Panasonic HQ with our customers, diving deep into commercial heat pumps. From system design to commissioning and fault finding. Everyone left fully Panasonic accredited and ready to put their new knowledge to work! We’re proud to support our customers with the skills and confidence they need to deliver high-quality, efficient installations across every project.

POS Update:
Our new Panasonic air conditioning displays are now live across some of our branches, showcasing the latest systems and technology. The new setup has already generated strong enquiries and plenty of interest from customers exploring energy efficient cooling solutions.
The displays feature Panasonic’s latest domestic air conditioning range, including the Etherea and TZ wall-mounted systems, which combine high performance with sleek design.
