How We Achieved ISO 9001 Certification
Step 1: We completed a Quote Request Form to help our certification body understand our business. This formed the basis for our personalized certification proposal.
Step 2: An NQA assessor scheduled our assessment, which consisted of two mandatory visits. We had to demonstrate that our management system had been operational for a minimum of three months and had undergone a management review and a full cycle of internal audits.
Step 3: Following a successful stage two audit, our certification was issued by NQA. We received both a hard and soft copy of our certificate, which is valid for three years. Our certification is maintained through surveillance audits in years one and two, and a recertification audit in year three
